Meet Your Coaches

Every few months for the first 8 years of our friendship, we would meet up for a coffee or the best kale on the planet from our favourite tapas restaurant and dish over work, life, and love.

Over and over we realized how much our work values aligned in what we wanted to share in the world. We were on very different trajectories, in very different fields, but the thread always pulled through. How can we create a place where a person is seen and treated as WHOLE?

It would take everyone on the healthcare team seeing that person, sharing transparently with consent. It would take extensive intakes, long conversations, ongoing check-ins. It would take dedication, skill, and continued study to really bring forward the vision.

Well, it took us a few tries and many hours of studying and learning to get it right, but we've found the magic sauce and we're here with our whole hearts on the line to offer it into the world.

We have different strengths and together can cover a broad scope.  Meg’s specialization in movement and trauma-informed practices combined with Rachel’s specialization in integrative health and health behaviour change means that we are able to provide education for your mind PLUS action in your body. When brought  together it creates an expansive container for transformation and empowerment.

Curriculum:

This program is made up of 11 modules each containing education, embodiment and reflection practices which will be delivered to your online portal at the beginning of each month.

Module 1:  Planting the seeds: Know your why, know your worth

In this module you will unearth the deep inspiration required for your healing path.  Like preparing for a journey, you’ll lay out the tools and supplies you’ll need along the way.   You’ll also plan for places of resistance and difficulty and fortify your mind to overcome these obstacles.

Module 2: The Roots of your health: Build the five pillars 

This module focuses on the five pillars at the root of your health.  You’ll discover and explore how and why to  tune in, nourish yourself, move your body, rest, and connect to others.  You’ll learn actionable tools for each of these pillars that compliment your specific health goals.  You’ll also learn where you can give yourself space and compassion with all the ‘shoulds’ on your list.

Module 3: Walking the path: Make a change

Module 3 supports you in getting crystal clear on your goals and the detailed processes of getting you there.  You will anticipate challenges and implement the support you need to start  making the changes in your life that you desire.  

Module 4: Watering the garden: Implement and sustain

In this module you will buckle down to cultivate habits that are sustainable and align with your new identity as the healthier version of yourself. 

Module 5: Doing the work: Reflect and reset

This module focuses on celebrating your success so far and reflecting on and learning from your growth.  You will also shine a light farther down the path to set your steps forward to discover what comes next!

Module 6: Coming full circle: Cultivate and create

Module 6 is an opportunity to go deeper.  Like the cloves of a garlic bulb, the parts of your health are all connected.  As you peel open one clove, you start to have access to another circling back to the five pillars for inspiration and exploration.

Module 7: Building the new baseline: Elevate your system

This module invites you to elevate your experience by incorporating your tools into daily practice.  You will commit to your non-negotiables, your self-care routine and ultimately yourself through your personalized health system designed to create ease and flow. 

Module 8: Time to play: Increase your capacity

In this module you will explore your capacity for self-expression and give yourself space to play.  This is a time to let go and enjoy the fruits of your labour. 

Module 9: Moving boulders: Dig into the new

Module 9 supports you through one of the busiest times of the year.  You will learn to lean into support and community  while fortifying your accountability to your health goals.

Module 10: Compassion and rest: Soften the edges

This module helps you to tune your focus into what is most important to you.  You will take time to shed excess items in your life that are holding you back and cluttering energetic output from your healthy life goals.

Module 11: The dream life: Honour the journey

Your final module is all about dreaming.  This module will help you open up to the possibilities of the life you will create with the strong foundation that you’ve built!  You will honour the path you’ve walked, while preparing for the next journey ahead.
