Unlike typical fitness these days where you are either left to your own devices in the gym, stuck in a one-size-fits-all approach on Youtube, or spending thirty minutes just to find parking for a class you’re not even sure you belong in, drop-in classes with Meg offer accountability, connection, support and freedom!
With two decades of experience teaching, years of continual study, and her own unique body experience to draw from, Meg will make you feel immediately at ease in exploring your body’s potential!
All classes are designed with layers of accessibility and you are always encouraged to choose for your body, your energy, and your emotional needs!

How it works…
Choose a class
View the calendar and decide which class you would like to try out.
Choose a package
Purchase a single drop-in class or commit to eight sessions and discover the benefits of a dedicated practice!
Show up
Roll out your mat, log into the calendar and wait for your class to start! Have your props handy incase you need them- cushions, bands, foam roller (and don’t worry if you don’t- you are welcome just as you are!)
Can’t make it to the live class? We always record and make the class available to watch for the week!

Sometimes you just need more support. That’s ok! Meg is a pro at helping you find movement that works for your body. She can help you uncover more ease in your positions, more connection in your intentions, and light the path to feel more accomplished in your movement goals!
Which class is for you?

Pilates Fun Flow
Join Meg in this quick-paced session of classical Pilates with a twist!
It is recommended that you have some previous experience with Pilates to join this class, are comfortable exploring your body's abilities and can easily get up and down from the floor.

Pilates Strong Slow Flow
Join Meg in this foundational Pilates class. Learn to move consciously and develop more support from the inside out!
This is a great class to start your Pilates journey. It is recommended that you are curious to explore your body's abilities and can get up and down from the floor.

Restorative Yoga
The slowest of the slow, this class is designed to create ease in your body and mind. Supported yoga postures are held for longer periods of time to allow tension to unwind.
This practice can be done on the floor or on your bed. It’s recommended to have cushions and supports ready. -
Somatic Play Date
We seldom have the opportunity to really listen to our body’s impulse to move. Join Meg in this class to tune in to your wisdom of expression. Follow Meg’s suggestions for curious movement or create your own path. This is a time to explore and discover what’s right for you!
